Your order cancellation rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Conditions for returns
In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please note that:
- The product must have been purchased in the last 14 days
- The product must be returned in the original packaging
- The product cannot be returned if it was customized and personalized following your specifications
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
- We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them
- Products must be in their original packaging, with the seal unopened, with the labels, with no signs of use, without having been assembled.
Once we receive the products, we will proceed to check their condition. If your return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount, using the same means of payment as you used for the order, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the same.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
